    This course should be “Sashimi boat set meal” + 1 dish with seasonal food. Furthermore, the sashimi boat in the course is more luxury than “Sashimi boat set meal”.

    Toyama prefecture is famous for crab, but it is for only winter. In seasons other than winter, we will use other special food. Don't miss it!!

    Himi-shi in Toyama prefecture is famous for “Sashimi boat”. The main dish in the set meal is the sashimi boat. The 4th chef in the hotel has full knowledge of fish, so this is why our sashimi boat is special comparing to others. He changes how to cook depending on condition and kind of fish to serve the best to our costumer.
